Job Overview We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our innovative team in a part-time hybrid/remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about graphic design and eager to contribute to visually compelling content across various platforms, including television, social media, and the web. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to develop and design high-quality graphics and animations, collaborate with our Marketing team, and enhance your design skills by learning about video production and refining your expertise in broadcast graphic design. Key Responsibilities As a Junior Graphic Designer, your key responsibilities will include: Develop and design high-quality graphics and animations for multiple platforms, including logos, animations, and comprehensive graphics packages for television programs and social media promotions. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative designs that resonate with our brand and objectives. Enhance your design skills by learning about video production and refining your expertise in broadcast graphic design. Work closely with our team to ensure that all designs meet our high standards and are delivered on time. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our content remains fresh and engaging. Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms. Required Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong design and layout capabilities with experience in creating content for both print and digital media. In-depth understanding of resolutions, formats, and pre-print processes. Ability to produce graphics tailored for social media platforms while adhering to platform-specific guidelines. Experience in animation with After Effects. Familiarity with Dreamweaver and basic video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Exceptional attention to detail, strong deadline management skills, and capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to perform well under pressure. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a related field. Relevant coursework in Graphic Design or a related discipline is preferred.
