[Remote] AWS Connect / WFM Developer 100% Remote - long term Contract Job
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zeektek is seeking two developers with a comprehensive skillset in Cloud Infrastructure Management and AWS. The role involves hands-on experience with AWS Connect User Administration, including provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and managing security profiles.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management, Security & Compliance, Monitoring & Operations, and Collaboration & Support
ā¢ Knowledge of WFM integration, AWS, and Calabrio
ā¢ Hands-on experience with AWS Connect User Administration
ā¢ Provisioning
ā¢ Onboarding/offboarding
ā¢ Managing security profiles
ā¢ Configuring routing profiles (queue alignment, channel configuration)
ā¢ Setting up agent hierarchies (team/department structures for reporting and supervisor scope)
Skills
ā¢ Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management
