[Remote] Automation Engineer 3

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to identify and implement solutions for improving high-quality automation infrastructure. The role involves designing, programming, and testing automated processes while influencing departmental strategy and making decisions on complex technical issues. Responsibilities • Designing and developing data architecture frameworks that facilitate privacy-focused automation across internal platforms. • Integrating automation technologies into both existing and custom-built privacy applications. • Conducting comprehensive system assessments and recommending scalable architectural enhancements. • Implementing automated solutions to improve data handling, consent management, and compliance workflows. • Delivering knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams to sustain privacy and automation initiatives. • Evaluating current systems and advising on data flow enhancements and automated controls to strengthen compliance monitoring and minimize manual processes. Skills • Bachelor's degree. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical architecture. • At least 2 years of project leadership experience. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Documented experience in data architecture, privacy engineering, and automation technologies. • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and data integration pipelines. • Proficiency with modern data architecture tools and cloud platforms. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders. • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. • Software QA testing multi-tier enterprise web.
