Salary: $2,000 USD/month, paid through bank transfer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Consultant / No-Code Developer to support our client's internal technology operations. This support would be through the use of low-code tools and SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and has a proven track record of developing scalable solutions using Airtable, Zapier, FillOut, scripting and other low-code platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain low-code applications and workflows to streamline business operations
• Develop custom solutions in Airtable, including advanced scripting, automations, integrations, and data architecture
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology workflows
• Identify inefficiencies in existing systems and propose practical improvements using SaaS tools
• Configure and optimize integrations across tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Fillout, Stacker, Softr, and other business platforms
• Document processes and technical implementations clearly and thoroughly
• Provide support and troubleshooting for internal tech tools and automations
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, especially in business automation and workflow optimization
• Strong experience with Airtable, including scripting, interface design, and complex base structures
• Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and tools such as Zapier, Fillout, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms
• Ability to write simple scripts (e.g., JavaScript in Airtable) to customize functionality
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working as a remote consultant for U.S.-based companies
• Background in operations, technology implementation, or process improvement
• Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks is a plus
