Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide top-notch technical support to our employees. As a Remote Associate Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT clients' desktop software and hardware, as well as providing expert guidance on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop software and hardware for IT clients
Provide expert guidance and support to employees on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
Resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with employees to ensure prompt resolution
Collaborate with other departments to resolve system-related issues and improve overall IT infrastructure
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our incident management system


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on IT experience supporting and resolving diverse desktop software and hardware issues
Experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
A+ certification (preferred)
MCSE/MCP certification (preferred)
