Med Spa Telemarketer (Commission Based only)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by consistently meeting or exceeding daily call quotas
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to potential customers
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
