[Remote] Associate Staff Consultant - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical, functional, and sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
⢠Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
⢠Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines
⢠Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
⢠Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
⢠Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions
⢠Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
⢠Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
⢠Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations
Skills
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles
⢠Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes
⢠Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
⢠Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
⢠Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
⢠Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers
⢠Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
