[Remote] Associate Staff Consultant - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across technical, functional, and sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
ā¢ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance, and align on hiring strategies and timelines
ā¢ Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
ā¢ Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
ā¢ Provide market insights, talent availability data, and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions
ā¢ Influence and manage hiring manager expectations through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
ā¢ Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
ā¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable regulations
Skills
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting technical, functional, and sales roles
ā¢ Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes
ā¢ Strong understanding of diverse role profiles and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
ā¢ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Demonstrated experience partnering with and advising hiring managers
ā¢ Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
