You know why things pop before most people can explain itYou've made videos. Real ones, published ones. You know how to shoot, edit, and optimize for short-formYou're scrappy. A phone, a good eye, a mic, and CapCut will doYou love sports. Pickleball or padel experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you understand sports culture and communityYou have strong instincts for captions, hooks, and on-screen text - you know how to nail themYou're organized enough to manage a content calendar without things falling through the cracksYou have 1-3 years of relevant experience - in-house, at an agency, or through your own creator journeyYou have a portfolio or channel you can point us to.
