Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated MFP Program Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mental health and eager to contribute to significant programs such as MFP-Doctoral and MFP-Youth. Your administrative expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance mental health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Ā• Facilitate the application process and perform thorough reviews for the MFP.
Ā• Execute data entry and verification tasks with precision.
Ā• Assist in the fellowship eligibility verification process.
Ā• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and annual impact summaries.
Ā• Contribute to the production of video and written content showcasing program impacts and engaging stakeholders.
Ā• Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for the MFP.
Ā• Manage the MFP inbox to ensure prompt responses.
Ā• Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including audience feedback.
Ā• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Ā• Demonstrated ability to manage projects within set deadlines.
Ā• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data management software or a willingness to learn.
Ā• Internet proficiency and awareness of social media platforms; website management experience is a plus.
Ā• Ability to travel up to 5%, including weekends.
