[Remote] Asset Management Enterprise Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 21Tech, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to provide strategic client relationship management and ensure the successful delivery and satisfaction of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role requires an accomplished professional with a strong background in client services and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across the public and private sectors. Responsibilities • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and align 21Tech’s Asset Management solutions to meet their goals • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction • Provide an overall solution strategy for clients beyond EAM with other vendor or in-house client products that support the full life cycle for asset management and related operation • Lead/Supervise Workshops and be more than a product specialist – we are looking for an Asset Management domain expert who and can understand the pain points of the customer and suggest a path forward as a leader • Ensures and guides as needed that internal methodologies and best practices are followed by the implementation team members • Lead and participate in client meetings, status updates, and business reviews • Support escalation management and problem resolution, ensuring timely and professional responses • Analyze client feedback and performance data to recommend continuous improvements • Develop client engagement strategies focused on expanding service offerings and identifying new opportunities • Participate in sales presentations and proposal Orals to represent client service excellence and solution alignment • Maintain a deep understanding of Asset management technologies (Hexagon or Maximo preferred) and asset management principles to articulate value to clients Skills • 15+ years of professional experience in client services, Project delivery, account management, or related roles • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience required; Hexagon EAM or IBM Maximo strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships within complex organizations • Strong understanding of asset management domain, processes and business operations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels • Persuasive communicator with a strong ability to build consensus and trust • Strategic thinker capable of aligning client needs with business solutions • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism • Bachelor's Degree required • Hexagon EAM or IBM Maximo strongly preferred Benefits • Competitive salary • Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview • 21Tech is an IT company providing business and technology solutions.
