Remote Appointment Setter for Residential Design & Construction Leads
We’re looking for 2 reliable, upbeat Appointment Setters to follow up with incoming leads and schedule consultations. You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners interested in our design and exterior construction services. This is not cold calling – these are warm, inbound prospects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Call, text, or email prospects that filled out a form or showed interest
- Qualify the lead using a simple script
- Answer basic service questions and schedule calls or site visits
- Input all lead data and status updates into CRM
• **Requirements***:
- Fluent English (Spanish is a bonus)
- Clear, friendly voice and confident phone skills
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment
- Familiar with tools like Google Calendar, or GoHighLevel
Available during Pacific Time (California hours)
Details:
Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week)
$6–$10/hour + $5–$10 bonus per appointment booked
