Position: Remote Appointment and Meeting Setter (CASS)
Position Overview:

As a Appointment and Meeting Setter, you will play a key role in our client acquisition strategy. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to leads, initiating contact, qualifying interest, and scheduling discovery calls or consultations for our team. You should be comfortable with phone, email, and CRM tools, and love connecting with people in a professional and supportive way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact leads via phone, email, text, or DM (as applicable) to introduce To Do Ta Done LLC’s services
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining fit
• Schedule appointments for consultations, discovery calls, or strategy sessions
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointment statuses in the CRM
• Follow up with leads who haven’t responded or need additional information
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align outreach strategies
• Track metrics (calls made, appointments booked, conversion rates) and report weekly
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions
• Stay up to date on our services, ideal client profiles, and appointment-setting best practices

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, customer service rep, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and appointment scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Hub Spot, Pipedrive)
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Bonus: experience working with service-based or coaching businesses
