Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolutions, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored support
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
Triage and document root causes, working through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to resolve issues
Collaborate with engineering teams, performing QA functions, and developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Logi

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of application support experience in a production environment, with expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, JSON, PL/SQL, and C#
Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in supply chain, WMS, WCS, WES, or other relevant positions (preferred)
