Remote Apple Support Specialist

As an Apple Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune, and serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune and utilize the Intune console to manage iPads
Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercises
Perform duties as requested by management and document and troubleshoot any reported issues
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department and stay up-to-date on Corporate and IT policies and procedures
Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking in troubleshooting techniques, and solid customer service and follow-up skills
Comply with defined ITIL processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical support
Requirements:
Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment is required
Experience working with Intune is required
Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication and customer service skills
