Role Overview: As the Principal Consultant for S/4HANA Solutions at Argano, you will play a crucial role in delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through their SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with their business objectives, and establishing Argano as the partner of choice for SAP digital transformations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Solution Development: • Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet client needs across various modules with expertise in Finance (FICO). • Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP S/4HANA functionalities that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Client Engagement and Advisory: • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices. • Understand and address the unique challenges of clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with their strategic business goals. • Assessment services for our customers moving to digital transformation leveraging SAP S/4 solutions. • Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS rules. • Strong and deep knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes. Project Leadership and Management: • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives. • Ability to roll sleeves up and configure the system to support the Project Team and Client. Risk Management and Quality Assurance: • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of SAP S/4HANA projects. • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets Argano’s high standards and client expectations. Change Management and Training: • Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA functionalities. Thought Leadership and Innovation: • Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to maintain Argano’s leadership in SAP solutions. • Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules. • Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued. • Skills: • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO). • Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects. • Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor. • Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes. • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments. • Understanding of ASC Rules. • Ability to present End to End Business Processes. • Travel up to 80% to client sites This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to significantly impact our clients' success and contribute to the growth and reputation of Argano as a leader in digital consultancy.
