[Remote] Analyst - Technical Support & Consulting Track

The Analyst in the Technical Support & Consulting Track will support client-facing initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to project execution while building foundational consulting and technical skills. Responsibilities Support execution of client projects across marketing, sales, and business operations Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with consultants and stakeholders Maintain project tracking tools and contribute to reporting, documentation, and communications Assist with scheduling, stakeholder updates, and content coordination Serve as a first point of contact for system access and tool-related issues Troubleshoot common issues (account provisioning, permissions, MFA, VPN, collaboration tools) Partner with client IT teams to track and resolve access tickets Document recurring issues and create simple how-to guides or knowledge base content Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, access management, and tool usage processes Skills Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, communications, information systems, or a related field Strong organization, communication, and time management skills Interest in both technical support and consulting work Basic understanding of IT concepts (user access, permissions, authentication, troubleshooting) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), and project tools like Asana or Smartsheet Ability to problem-solve, ask thoughtful questions, and escalate when needed AI & Emerging Technology Interest Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows, documentation, and productivity Benefits Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account Commuter Plan Paid Basic Life/AD&D coverage Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage 401k Matching Employee Discount Programs Employee Assistance Program Training and Development Bridge Partners Charitable Donation Matching Program Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays Company Overview Bridge Partners is a people-focused, customer-driven consulting firm that helps organizations transform to drive revenue growth, adapt to change, and create customer value.
