[Remote] Analyst, Project Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic Analyst, Project Manager to support their USRM Agency Distribution Solutions team. The Analyst will apply project management fundamentals to plan, coordinate, and track deliverables, conduct research and analysis, and communicate status to stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesServe as project manager for either smaller workstreams within larger complex projects and/or as lead PM for smaller standalone projectsHelp identify the business case and gather stakeholder input to build alignment and secure buy-in for new initiativesConduct research and data analysis to quantify opportunities and produce clear, data-driven recommendationsDefine project objectives, scope, schedule, and resource needs, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and alignedDevelop and maintain project plans and task lists; track progress and support day-to-day coordination to keep work on scheduleManage competing priorities and help ensure assigned tasks contribute to overall project timelines and stakeholder needsOrganize and facilitate project meetings and prepare regular status updates and reports for project teams and stakeholdersIdentify issues, risks, and roadblocks; escalate when appropriate and work with the team to implement agreed-upon solutions.
