[Remote] Analyst, Payer Contract Modeling

They are seeking a highly organized Payer Contract / Managed Care Analyst to support payer contracting projects and analytics for various healthcare clients.ResponsibilitiesCollect, review, and organize payer contracts, fee schedules, W-9s, rosters, credentialing data, and related documentsMaintain contract repositories and ensure accurate version controlSubmit contract requests, NDAs, and supporting materials to payersTrack payer negotiation workflow and contract statuses in Smartsheet, Excel, and internal systemsValidate client data sets (claims files, CPT code volumes, RVUs, etc.) and prepare them for modelingAssist in analyzing payer fee schedules, reimbursement trends, and rate variancesSupport creation of payer proposal models and scenario analysesGenerate internal reports and contribute to client-facing deliverablesParticipate in client and payer calls as neededPrepare agendas, summaries, and follow-up actions for meetingsCollaborate with Associates/Senior Analysts to support negotiation strategy developmentAssist with preparing PowerPoint slides for client updates and presentationsEnsure all materials are properly stored in secure platformsMaintain documentation standards across client engagementsHelp streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field1–2 years of relevant experience (healthcare, payer/provider operations, analytics, or consulting preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and client priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive informationPrior internship or experience with a healthcare provider, payer, consulting firm, or RCM/analytics functionExposure to CPT/HCPCS coding, payer fee schedules, or reimbursement conceptsExperience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, or project management toolsBenefitsPerformance bonus eligibilityExceptional healthcare and national client exposureAbility to work with C-suite leaders at high-growth healthcare organizationsClear advancement pathway (Analyst → Senior Analyst → Associate → Principal)Opportunity to contribute to high-impact payer negotiations and large-scale consulting engagementsCollaborative, entrepreneurial work environment in a rapidly growing firmCompany OverviewPayrAdvisors is a care consulting and advising company that offers contract management and revenue cycle consulting services.
