Job Summary: As a Remote Analyst - Member Communications Operations, you will be responsible for managing the execution of multi-channel communications, including cost estimates, schedules, meetings, and quality control. You will work closely with internal partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality communications and drive business results. With the autonomy to work independently on specific projects, you will have the opportunity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and suggest updates to standards and procedures to support team growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multi-channel communications, including cost estimates, schedules, and quality control
Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality communications
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects of low to medium complexity
Suggest updates to standards and procedures to support team growth and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Compliance, Creative, IT, and Member Experience
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Knowledge of task-based workflow tools, such as Aprimo, and Microsoft Visio and Project
General understanding of PBM Operations and Sales Force
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
Prior experience in communications, print, or marketing
Acrobat/Adobe and/or In-Design experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
