[Remote] Analyst, Contingent Labor

This role focuses on providing customer-centric support, resolving issues throughout the contractor life cycle, and assisting with training and technology troubleshooting. Responsibilities • Customer Support - Thinks creatively and uses system and policy expertise to resolve internal and external customer issues of varying complexity • Project - Works to improve overall process and technology by recommending improvements to the Manager – Contingent Labor and Sr. Analyst – Contingent Labor. Manages and prioritizes special projects when necessary, including the creation and execution of project plans. • Technical - Exercises discretion and independent judgment to resolve technical issues and assist with training of new end users (e.g., Hiring Managers and Suppliers). Provide insights to internal and external customers through analyzing data from Vendor Management System. Skills • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • 1 year of work experience. • No previous leadership experience. • None certifications. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of an associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. • 1 year of work experience. • No previous leadership experience. Education Requirements • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
