In this role, you will collaborate closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this knowledge to transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data platform.
Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
Leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy.
Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems.
Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools.
Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, and build management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects (3+ years).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment.
