Delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, structured environment
Evaluating and analyzing account information to recommend tailored solutions
Resolving product or service inquiries and driving brand advocacy
Documenting account information and offering custom solutions to benefit our customers
Growing and nurturing customer relationships to drive measurable value
Meeting quality and compliance guidelines to ensure exceptional results
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience
A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or be a college undergraduate
Successful experience in a previous role, with a strong track record of performance
A reliable internet connection (at least 25mbps) and a private, quiet workspace at home
Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted
Preferred experience includes:
Measurable experience in Customer VOC, NPS, or AHT
Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing
Premium customer service or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty
Sales experience, with a focus on value generation and consultative selling
