Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong analytical background, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for creating and delivering accurate contact forecasts, developing comprehensive global capacity planning solutions, and driving strategic initiatives to improve customer service quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries to develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques
Manage team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure low error contact forecasts to meet service level delivery
Collaborate with senior CS leadership to drive strategic long-term planning initiatives and provide insights on forecast variance drivers
Develop and implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer service quality, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in analytical techniques and data analysis
Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share complex findings in an understandable and actionable manner
Strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines
Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression
Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
