Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into our system using a steady stream of images.
Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation.
Review and verify data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Interact professionally with team members as needed.
Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes.
Complete all daily tasks as assigned.
Perform additional office duties as needed.
Hourly Pay and Schedule
$12 per hour.
Part-time and full-time positions available, with a preference for full-time.
Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and stay focused.
High attention to detail and efficiency.
Quick learner who can follow instructions accurately.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data.
Proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
Typing speed of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
