[Remote] AI Product Manager (Founding team)

The AI Product Manager will own the future of intelligent automation in healthcare, collaborating with teams to develop AI-driven products that enhance efficiency and patient care. Responsibilities • Build the future of AI-driven healthcare. Shape the roadmap for advanced automation, AI agents, and data intelligence products that power providers, payers, and patients • Turn Build with the founder: Opportunity to work directly with the founder and founding team to turn vision into real world AI products and applications • Turn insights into impact. Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover pain points, design frictionless workflows, and measure success in real outcomes - faster payments, lower costs, happier teams • Translate AI into action. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to architect, train, and ship high-performing AI models that understand clinical, billing, and payer data in real time • Champion compliance and ethics. Ensure every product meets the gold standard for frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, NIST RMF and responsible AI • Own the story. Partner with GTM teams to craft positioning that resonates in the fast-evolving healthcare AI landscape Skills • 4+ years in product management, with experience in AI/ML systems or data-driven products • Experience in healthcare operations- RCM, billing, payer workflows, or EHR integrations • A keen understanding of AI technologies like LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI, and how to turn them into ROI • Experience leading agile teams that ship tangible, measurable results fast • Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, and collaboration skills • Hands on experience using product management tools • AI product experience in a healthtech startup or enterprise SaaS environment • Technical familiarity with model performance, data pipelines, or AI evaluation frameworks • Exposure to payer systems, clearinghouses, or EHR integration (Epic, Oracle/Cerner, etc.) • Experience building Voice AI products Benefits • Equity • Healthcare benefits • Flexibility to do your best work anywhere in the US Company Overview • Agentic AI platform for Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Experience.
