They are seeking an AI Business Analyst contractor to centralize and prioritize business-led AI ideas across HR, Finance, and Marketing, acting as the primary intake and decision point for AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as the single POC for business-driven AI ideas
ā¢ Translate concepts into clear, actionable requirements
ā¢ Partner with developers on rapid AI POCs (e.g., Salesforce data modeling, AI automation, Glean)
ā¢ Within 1ā2 weeks, assess POCs and recommend go / no-go decisions
ā¢ Confidently challenge senior stakeholders and push back on low-value ideas
ā¢ Help evolve the role into a broader enterprise AI data and strategy function
Skills
ā¢ Strong Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
ā¢ Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives
ā¢ Comfortable influencing senior leaders and saying 'no' when needed
ā¢ Consulting mindset with a focus on speed, value, and ROI
ā¢ Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the US without restrictions or through a third-party employer
