[Remote] AI Automation Specialist (Contract, path to full-time)

The role involves automating real business processes and working directly with the founder to implement AI tools effectively. Responsibilities • Sit with the people doing the work to understand how things actually get done (not how the docs say they get done) • Question whether a process should exist at all before automating it • 2-week sprints automating real business processes (sales, onboarding, client delivery) • Work directly with the founder—no layers, no committees • Build things that ship, not decks that sit Skills • You've automated real workflows, not just played with tools • You have business sense—you get •why• something matters, not just how to build it • 20 hours/week to start, potential to scale from there Benefits • All the AI tools you need—Claude Pro, Cursor, N8N, whatever you want to try.
