We are a husband and wife team running our family agency in Griffith, Indiana since 2004. We are looking for someone that wants to join a team/family atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a professional and informative experience for our clients when they are shopping for insurance.
We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative. Are you COMPETITIVE? If winning doesn't matter, please don't apply! This position is for someone who is not satisfied waiting for the phone to ring. There is a lot of outgoing phone work required when you are not quoting or selling. Outgoing call volume can be around 200 dials/day unless you are quoting at least 4-6 families per day. We have a database with thousands of leads. Plus leads are purchased for the agency. All training is provided.
Past Allstate experience is preferred!

P&C Insurance License with any State
At least two years of experience SELLING Auto and Home Insurance.
All equipment is provided. We offer a generous base plus commissions. Commissions are unlimited. After 90 days, paid time off and health insurance benefits are available.
We are located in CENTRAL TIME ZONE hours are: M-Th 8:30-5:30 & Fri 8:30-5 with a 1 hour lunch
