What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer communications through calls, texts, emails, and online chats related to automotive accessory orders, inquiries, and returns
- Conduct outbound calls and texts to follow up on customer sales leads and close sales
- Provide product knowledge and excitement to sell automotive accessories effectively
- Suggest modifications to enhance customers' vehicles based on their purchases
- Meet performance expectations and customer service quality metrics set by the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Excellent sales ability and willingness to learn about products
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in the automotive industry
