[Remote] Advisor Lead Generation Specialist

The Advisor Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, managing outbound campaigns, and driving advisor revenue through effective lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospects across multi-day campaigns
ā¢ Qualify inbound leads to assess fit before routing to wealth advisors
ā¢ Manage and own your pipeline ā proactively following up to keep prospects moving through the funnel
ā¢ Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and pipeline KPIs
ā¢ Serve as the first point of contact for Farther ā setting a strong first impression with every interaction
ā¢ Partner with sales leadership and the Client Acquisition team to refine outreach strategy and messaging
ā¢ Track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
ā¢ Surface patterns and feedback to drive continuous improvement in conversion and process
Skills
ā¢ 4+ years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in financial services
ā¢ Proven track record of hitting outbound activity metrics and pipeline targets
ā¢ Engaging phone presence and strong written communication skills
ā¢ Self-starter with a bias for action ā you don't wait to be told to follow up
ā¢ Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
ā¢ Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
ā¢ CRM proficiency required
ā¢ HubSpot experience
ā¢ Background in wealth management, fintech, or financial services sales
ā¢ Experience running multi-touch outbound sequences
ā¢ Track record of exceeding quota or lead generation benchmarks
