The Salesforce Administrator I will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining service databases, and training staff on CRM products to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and productsUpgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integrationElicit and document requirements for new functionality requests from a cross-functional team of Salesforce usersParticipate in the design, documentation, and implementation of specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security, improve help desk throughput and efficiencyDocument specific best practices in release management, Salesforce data management, and ongoing improvements to FBG CRM environmentImplement and maintain salesforce standard and custom objects including fields, validation rules, and various declarative automationSalesforce release management including Sandbox management, change set tracking, and requirement collaboration with the software development teamLead 'Help Desk' triage and request prioritization, provide Tier 2 & 3 Salesforce supportSupport Salesforce Einstein chat to further utilize AI and Next Best Actions to streamline Customer Support OperationsResearch add-on application packages and support ROI analysis for acquisition of applicable programsSupport the integration with 3rd party applicationsExperience with administration of 3rd party tool, Conquer is a plusManaging Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groupsMaintaining the service cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboardsPerforming database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansingPreparing reports for the operation team, and other departmentsMust be available for on-call rotation after normal business hours and on weekendsMust be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activitiesSkillsSQL experience required1-2 years CRM database administrationEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment and a constantly evolving industryHighly developed listening skills, excellent customer service skills requiredExcellent, highly professional written and oral communication skills requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be a highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain poise under pressureAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExperience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrationIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalitiesProficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing accessKnowledge of importing service data and generating Salesforce reportsAbility to provide Salesforce training and end-user supportSalesforce architecture experienceExperience with Apex and Visualforce developmentSalesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud admin certification or equivalent experienceSalesforce Einstein Chat experienceExperience working in an Agile environment, Jira experience a plusBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401KPaid time offWellhubPet InsuranceFamily Care BenefitsCompany OverviewFanatics is a global sports platform reimagining the fan experience across gear, trading cards, sports betting, content, events, and more.
