[Remote] Acquire to Retire (A2R) Financial Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Fixed Assets Functional Consultant to lead the NAAC A2R workstream. This role focuses on owning end-to-end Fixed Assets processes, driving functional design, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Financials solutions. Responsibilities • Lead the NAAC A2R workstream with a focus on Oracle Fixed Assets • Own functional design, configuration, and solution validation for Fixed Assets • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications • Drive asset lifecycle processes including additions, transfers, depreciation, revaluations, and retirements • Support integrations with GL, AP, Projects, and other financial modules • Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and stakeholder discussions • Provide guidance to offshore and onsite teams and review deliverables • Support data migration, reconciliation, and month-end close activities • Act as the functional point of contact for Fixed Assets–related issues Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Fixed Assets module • Experience leading NAAC A2R or similar finance workstreams • Solid understanding of accounting to reporting processes • Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Financials • Strong functional documentation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead discussions with finance leadership and business users • Prior experience in a Managing Consultant or workstream lead role • Experience in large Oracle implementation or transformation programs • Exposure to multi-ledger, multi-currency, or global implementations Company Overview • Established in 2009, Vantage Point Consulting has provided Staffing and Software Solutions to the US market.
