[Remote] Accounts Payable Functional Consultant

Apexsync Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud FIN – Accounts Payable Functional Consultant to join their ongoing Oracle Cloud transformation project. The role involves delivering robust financial solutions that optimize and streamline Accounts Payable processes while collaborating with business users and technical teams. Responsibilities • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials – specifically the Accounts Payable (AP) and Expenses modules. • Analyze current Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes and recommend best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process flows. • Support integration testing (SIT/UAT) , troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution within defined SLAs. • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) , configuration workbooks, and test scripts. • Ensure compliance with business accounting principles, policies, and audit controls. • Coordinate with the technical team for extensions, reports, and interface designs related to the Payables module. • Provide post-go-live support , issue resolution, and process stabilization. • Assist in rationalizing levels and resource loads based on project scope and complexity. Skills • Minimum 10 + years of experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant, including at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP. • Proven expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Expenses modules configuration and implementation. • Hands-on experience with Supplier Management, Payments, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Strong knowledge of accounting flows, subledger accounting (SLA), and approval workflows. • Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, CRP, UAT, and user training. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders. • Experience working with global teams in onsite–offshore delivery models preferred Company Overview • At Apexsync Technologies Inc., we specialize in providing top-tier IT staffing solutions to meet the dynamic needs of businesses across the United States.
