Learn more: About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong front-end focus (React/Next.js) to join our new European team and contribute to the development of web and mobile applications for our commercial EV charging products. You will collaborate closely with our R&D team in Korea and stakeholders in the UK, helping to design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure user experiences. While the primary focus will be on web applications, flexibility to support React Native mobile development and occasional backend tasks is highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage and influence both the technical direction and future team structure in Europe. The role includes occasional business trips to London. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications (React/Next.js) for EV charging platforms. Support mobile app development (React Native) as needed. Integrate backend APIs, payment gateways, and real-time communication protocols. Deliver responsive UI/UX in collaboration with designers (Figma/Zeplin). Participate in Agile ceremonies with distributed teams across Europe, UK, and Korea. Contribute to documentation and suggest improvements based on user and business needs. Essential knowledge, skills & experience: Must-have 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong front-end expertise: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript . Familiarity with React Native and ability to support mobile development. Proven track record of API integration (REST/GraphQL). Solid understanding of responsive UI/UX . Domain experience with EV charging solutions, IoT, or related hardware/software integration. Fluent English communication skills. Nice-to-have Backend exposure (Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI). Familiarity with payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal) and OCPP protocols. Experience with cloud & DevOps (AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD). Previous work in distributed, international teams.
