ā¢ Track requests, account progress, and next steps to ensure timely handling
Requirements
ā¢ Prior customer service or account management experience is a plus
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ Familiar with CRM platforms and collaboration tools
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ā¢ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
