Ā Foster long-term customer relationships through effective teamwork and communication.
Required Skills
Ā Sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
Ā A willingness to learn and a coachable mindset.
Ā Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with customers.
Qualifications
Ā Property & Casualty license is required.
Ā Life & Health license is required (tuition coverage available for the right candidates who are not yet licensed).
