The Product Operations Specialist will lead operations in the short-video ecosystem, focusing on risk identification and resolution while collaborating with various teams to enhance user safety. Responsibilities Lead short-video ecosystem operations by identifying, analyzing, and responding to risks detected across multiple content channels. Utilize internal detection and mitigation tools to execute timely emergency responses to platform issues Monitor the effectiveness of issue resolutions, evaluate cases of missed detections or leakage, and continuously refine emergency strategies and workflows to improve efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with business, policy, algorithm, review, and engineering teams to build effective collaboration mechanisms.
