[Remote] Account Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. myKaarma is a leading provider of fixed ops solutions for the automotive industry, aiming to redefine dealership service centers. The Account Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads through various communication methods and building relationships to drive sales of myKaarma's SaaS platform.ResponsibilitiesContacting various members of dealerships through cold calls, emails, video emails, and text messages to generate their interest in myKaarmaLeveraging data and usage reports for current myKaarma customers to identify new/upsell opportunities for these customersBuilding relationships with counterparts in other departments i.e. Performance Management to cultivate leads and referrals in the current base of businessLeveraging Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to generate targeted lists of prospectsCreating appointments for qualified dealership personnel to attend live demonstrations that convey the value of myKaarmaUtilizing a consultative approach to determine the needs of prospects and overcoming objectionsCollaborating with Product Consultant (PC) teams to ensure prospective clients attend product demonstrationsConstructing weekly reports to summarize the strategies and results for the weekKeeping accurate, up-to-date information about prospective clientsMaintaining a thorough knowledge of myKaarma as well as similar products offered by competitorsSkills1 year + Sales Experience: Experience working in and/or selling in the Automotive space is preferredāstrong preference is given to candidates with previous SaaS sales experienceCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to customers and colleaguesCustomer Focus: A customer-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers are vitalProduct Knowledge: Ability to quickly become familiar with the company's products or services and the ability to explain their features and benefits is a mustComputer Skills: Proficiency in using sales and CRM software and basic computer applications like Google Docs will be requiredAdaptability: Adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs is essential in the dynamic sales fieldBenefitsFlexible Work EnvironmentHealth and WellnessTime OffIn-Office PerksCompany OverviewmyKaarma is a cloud based automotive customer interaction management company.
