Investment Consultant (DC Pensions)

Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of clients' current DC pension plans to identify areas for improvement and develop customized investment solutions. Provide strategic investment advice to clients based on their specific needs and goals, taking into account market trends, risk tolerance, and other factors. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of investment solutions to clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to DC pensions and incorporate this knowledge into client strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex investment concepts in a clear and concise manner. Monitor and track performance of clients' investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed to ensure they are on track to meet their goals. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and cross-selling services to existing clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to investment consulting. Continuously strive to improve processes, tools, and methodologies related to DC pension investment consulting, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to support their professional development.
