We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage a portfolio of law schools in a designated territory. As an Academic Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing strategic plans to maximize market share, product revenue, and customer preference
Building and maintaining strong relationships with law school customers, faculty, and students
Providing exceptional training and support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services
Identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within the existing customer base
Representing Thomson Reuters at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Managing a team of Student Brand Ambassadors, including hiring, training, and performance management
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A strong understanding of the legal profession and academic sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven account management and territory management experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
A JD degree and prior legal experience are preferred
