We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors, providing high-quality dispatch services to our clients. As a Night Dispatch team member, you will be responsible for tracking freight, handling inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing various software programs to ensure on-time delivery. Job Overview We have two available shifts for this remote position: • Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills • Utilize GPS, telephone, and software programs to track fuel drivers and ensure on-time delivery • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means • Perform data entry tasks using Excel and cloud-based software Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or customer service • High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease • Strong internet connection, computer, quiet workspace, and hotspot What We Offer: • Flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth and development • Competitive pay starting at $15.00 per hour for 1 account, with potential to take on additional accounts after 30 days • Ability to build a career that you control, with a large network of clients and a dynamic team To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter with the phrase "NIGHT OWL" and your preferred shift.
