Relief Route Delivery Driver
Duties & Responsibilities
Entry level position. Pay increase upon route assignment.
Deliver products to customers on assigned route
Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and in cold drink equipment, according to company standards.
Maintain and organize Coca-Cola stock as needed, picking up damaged and out-of-date products including empty shells and pallets.
Set up and maintain merchandise and sales promotion displays
Ensure the neat appearance of all Coca-Cola equipment and product in assigned accounts and maintain a safe work environment
Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all customers and accounts serviced
Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily; perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. of product repetitively
Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
Excellent safety record
Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Minimum Qualifications
Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Must have seven (7) years of driving experience total (7 years since obtaining standard Class D operators license)
At least two (2) years of CDL driving experience.
Possess a clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Qualifications
Previous route delivery; direct store delivery; stocking; merchandising products or retail management experience
Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
