Duties and Responsibilities:
Process company's daily unit releasesMaintains and Encode accurate daily releases report in the google drivePrinting of invoices and Chattel mortgagesEnsures the unit vehicle prior from the release unitScan and upload releases in the google driveMonitors Insurance in the DriveAssists Client in releasing of documentsCoordinate with the Comptroller Department for daily releasesSegregate documents needed for LTO registration and bank documentsCoordinate witht he accounts receivable dpeartment for documents deficiencies that was transmitted to the bankEntry of daily releases in the system (SAP)In charge of processing LTO new registrationIn charge of CSR monitoring, and updating the status of the said documents to head officePrepare request of payment (RFP) on LTO budget of released unitIn-charge of liquidation of PNP/HPG; LTO registrationIn charge of releasing of LTO plates to the clientUpdate reports in LTO - Google DriveOther Duties assigned to them
Qualifications:
A degree holderExperience in office clerical works and documentationProficient in MS Office programs, able to problem solve without supervision or guidanceHas the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentialityGraduate of Business administration or other relevant coursesAtleast 1 year of experience in LTO registration, OR/CR processing or related functions is an advantage (eg MV Registration, Transfer of Ownership, HPG clearance, etc.)Familiarity with Online portals (eg LTO, LTMS, PRMIS) is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood Written and Verbal communication skillsTrustworthy and responsible.
