Release Train Engineer (RTE) Pharmacy Group100% RemoteOnly W2 role - No C2C/3rd aprtyJob DescriptionThe Release Train Engineer (RTE) will be responsible for driving agile delivery across one of the largest and most complex Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within CenterWell Pharmacy. This role requires expert-level coordination, leadership, and communication to align multiple agile teams, application owners, and ARTs to deliver enterprise-level solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-ART Coordination: Collaborate with 4+ ARTs to manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure aligned delivery.Application Support: Facilitate delivery for 6 critical applications (ePost, eRx, Member Val, FFX, RTM, Web Registry) involving 4 application owners and external vendors.Agile Ceremonies: Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and support Shared Services & Enabling Teams.Extended RTE Support: Provide RTE-level leadership to teams lacking dedicated RTEs.Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, escalate, and resolve dependencies across ARTs.Continuous Improvement: Drive agile maturity, foster transparency, and promote lean-agile leadership culture.Required Skills & Experience5 7+ years of experience in Agile Delivery/Program Management roles.3+ years as Release Train Engineer (RTE) in large-scale ART environments.Strong knowledge of SAFe framework (RTE v6 certification preferred).Proven expertise in managing 10+ agile teams within a large ART (100+ team members).Experience in pharmacy/healthcare domain highly preferred.Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar Agile tools.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
