Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $1,485 - $1,741, providing a stable income for a 13-week period with potential for extension. Job Description: As a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, you will work in home health settings, collaborating with pediatric patients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, creating tailored intervention strategies, and delivering high-quality care to promote physical function and overall well-being.
Requirements: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
