Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry, caring for a diverse group of patients with cardiac and other conditions requiring continuous monitoring. Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough assessments and reassessments of patients, making sound clinical decisions independently. • Develop, prioritize, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. • Continuously evaluate patient responses to interventions, documenting progress and adjusting care as needed. • Provide education tailored to patient and family needs, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and discharge instructions. • Lead by example through delegation, mentoring, and precepting nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional development. • Engage in quality improvement projects and adhere to regulatory standards while participating in Practice Governance.
