As a Telephonic RN, you will utilize your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with various disease states. You will engage in meaningful interactions with patients and caregivers through outbound calls, providing essential education and support regarding their medications. In this role, you will collaborate with health care professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations, leveraging our advanced telecommunications nursing outreach programs. Your contributions will not only enhance patient experiences but also support their medication adherence and disease state training. We are looking for RNs who possess strong clinical expertise, innovative ideas, and the compassion necessary to treat our patients with sensitivity and care. This is a full-time position with set hours from 10:30 AM to 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while making a significant impact in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities • Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence. , • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with various disease states. , • Educate patients and caregivers about new medications and treatment plans. , • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. , • Utilize advanced telecommunications nursing outreach programs to enhance patient experiences. Requirements • Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas. , • 3+ years of clinical RN experience. , • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Nice-to-haves • Previous telephonic nursing experience. , • Experience with EPIC systems. , • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. , • Licensure in multiple states preferred.
