Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist – Remote We are excited to offer a full-time, remote Data Entry Specialist position based in Puerto Rico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a foundation in basic education. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, showcasing attention to detail and focus. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the quality of work and minimizing errors. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher, enabling efficient data entry and processing. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology, although not required.
