What you can expect from this role • 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS • Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio) • Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks • Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training • Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure • Part-time (0.6 FTE) night shift; 2 shifts a week • Certification pay available • Additional PTO for night shift offered Qualifications • Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred • Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; highly preferred in ICU • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross What’s in it for you At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
