Job Type: Full-time |M-F 8a-430pm, rotating Saturdays and On-callDepartment/Unit SummaryCase Management plays an important role in the care of hospitalized patients. Our team of RN Case Managers, Social Workers, Utilization Review staff, and Discharge Planners assure that payer requirements are met and develop an individualized plan of care for our patients. Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
